Everything you need to know about using Kikundify for your chama.

Yes, Kikundify is a completely free app. to use the app, just register and create your chama for free, and add members. No fee for MPESA deposits and withdrawals. However, we deduct only Ksh200 service fee every month for active chamas, we do not charge any fee for dormant chamas. Kikundify does not have any other charge.

Members can pay via M‑PESA using Sooz Ltd Paybill number 952482 or via the app itself (MPESA STK Push). The system automatically updates each member's contribution record and notifies the treasurer and chairman.

The person who creates the chama becomes the chairman, and he adds the treasurer. Chairman works with treasurer to add members to chama, remove members, create goals and welfare. Treasurer has special role to create loan. Chairman has a special role to disburse money to MPESA.

First, the treasurer create a loan (only tresurer can create a loan). Second, this loan is approved (Both chairman & treasurer can approve loan). Lastly, chairman releases funds (Only chairman can release loan money to MPESA).

Yes, your money is safe, and you can access it via MPESA anytime you want. Sooz Ltd has partnered with a licensed SPS provider to manage your funds guided by the Central Bank of Kenya.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted, and we use secure M‑PESA APIs. Your chama data is only accessible to members you invite.
