1. Eligibility

To participate in the Kikundify Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you must:

• Be a registered Kikundify user with a verified phone number.
• Hold a valid Kenyan national ID registered on the platform.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Not be an employee of Kikundify Capital Ltd or a member of its immediate family.

Registering more than one account to circumvent these rules will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions.

2. How the Program Works

Every registered user has a unique referral link visible in their Affiliate Area. When a new user clicks your referral link and completes registration, they are attributed to you as your referred user.

If that referred user creates a chama (as chairman) and the chama satisfies all qualification conditions, you earn a one-time commission of KSH 250.

3. Qualification Conditions

A referral is qualified for payout only when all of the following are true at the time of evaluation:

• The referred user is an active chairman of a chama on Kikundify.
• The chama has completed Cycle 1 (i.e., a new cycle has been initiated).
• The chama has at least 4 active members at the close of Cycle 1.
• Every member has contributed at least KSH 500 (combined MGR, Welfare, and Goals) during Cycle 1.
• 40 days have elapsed since the referral was recorded.

Commissions are flat. One commission per referred user, ever. Once an affiliate has received KSH 250 for a specific referred user, no further commissions are payable for that user regardless of how many additional chamas they join or create.

4. Payment Schedule

Qualified commissions are compiled into a payout batch every Friday at 07:00 EAT. Our team reviews the batch for fraud and quality, and approved payouts are disbursed via MPESA B2C at Friday 08:00 EAT.

Payouts may be delayed or withheld if:

• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected on the referral.
• The referred chama shows signs of manipulation (multiple accounts by the same user, artificial contribution patterns, or coordinated fake activity).
• Your MPESA phone number is invalid, unreachable, or mismatched with your Kikundify account.

5. Payment Method

All commissions are paid exclusively to the MPESA number associated with your Kikundify account. We do not pay via bank transfer, cash, or any other channel. Ensure your MPESA number is correct at all times — we are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong number that you provided.

If a payout fails (insufficient float on our side, MPESA downtime, or invalid phone number), it will remain in your unpaid balance and you may request a manual retry from the Affiliate Area.

6. Prohibited Behaviour

The following will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all pending and paid commissions:

• Registering fake users, chamas, or members to farm commissions.
• Using duplicate phone numbers, national IDs, or fabricated identities to circumvent our deduplication checks.
• Coordinating with chama members to contribute the bare minimum and immediately withdraw the funds (money cycling).
• Any attempt to exploit the qualification conditions, payment flow, or technical systems of Kikundify.
• Misrepresentation of Kikundify's brand, products, or affiliation in your referral promotions.

7. Modification and Termination

Kikundify Capital Ltd reserves the right to modify commission rates, qualification conditions, payout schedule, or terminate the Program at any time, with reasonable notice provided via email or in-app notification. Changes will not retroactively apply to commissions already qualified and approved for payout.

We may suspend or terminate individual participation at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe the terms have been violated.

8. Disclaimers

Commissions are earned only when referred users genuinely participate in Kikundify's chama services. The Program is not a guaranteed income opportunity. Kikundify does not promise a minimum number of referrals or minimum monthly earnings.

Referral links are personal. You may not publish them on coupon sites, spam forums, paid ad networks targeting competitor brands, or via unsolicited bulk SMS/email.

9. Privacy

Referral tracking data (click time, referred user ID, referral status, payout history) is retained for audit and fraud prevention purposes. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing (MPESA) or by law.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from the Program shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya.
