• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Account Registration

When you register for a Kikundify account, you must:

• Provide accurate personal information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Services Offered

Kikundify provides the following services:

• Merry-Go-Round (Chama): Rotating savings and contributions management.
• Group Goals: Save together for shared objectives like trips, projects, or group purchases.
• Welfare Fund: Emergency support contributions for members in need.
• Instant Loans: Borrow from chama funds with interest, featuring SMS reminders and flexible repayment schedules.
• Mobile Payments: Seamless M-PESA integration for deposits and withdrawals.
• Real-Time Reports: Full transaction statements, contribution tracking, and payout history.

6. M-PESA Payments

All financial transactions on our platform are processed through M-PESA. By using our services, you agree to:

• Ensure your M-PESA account is active and has sufficient funds for transactions.
• Accept that all payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

• Understand that late payments may incur additional fees.
• Allow the Chama or Harambee group to recover assets in case of default, as per the loan agreement.
• Accept that the loan agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the collective members of the Chama or Harambee group.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of our platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 2: If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Kenyan law.
